Our tour guide, Ye Fan, was incredibly dedicated! A huge shout-out to him! This trip was a fantastic experience! From the moment we boarded the bus, we felt his warmth and enthusiasm. He not only helped us with our luggage and found seats in advance, but also thoughtfully explained the precautions for going up the snow mountain. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, without rushing us to see everything. He was always quick to help whenever anyone in the group needed assistance, making it feel like we were traveling with old friends. The snow mountain was absolutely stunning, like something out of a painting. On a clear day, you can even see the golden sunrise over the mountains. It's definitely worth the trip!

I’ve really been enjoying this trip. The driver is very responsible—he messaged me early in the morning at 5:40am to make sure everything went smoothly, and we managed to catch the sunrise at Yulong Snow Mountain. He also kept in touch with us on WeChat while we were having our own activities at Blue Moon Valley and Spruce Meadow. He gave us enough time for lunch and helped us get the seats we wanted for the Impression Lijiang show

Our 10-day trip to Xinjiang has come to a perfect end! From anticipation to reluctance to leave, we were truly awestruck by the beauty of Xinjiang! Wang Keyan, a sales representative from Ctrip, helped us customize a great itinerary. Since it was our first time in Xinjiang and we wanted to explore Northern Xinjiang, she arranged popular attractions for us based on our needs, and she always answered our questions patiently. Our concierge also provided excellent company throughout the trip. Everyone was very welcoming, and the hotels they arranged were generally great. From the warm welcome of our driver at the airport to our hotel check-in, we were delighted. The next day, our joyful journey began. Our tour leader, Xiao Ma from Qichi Motorcade, who plays guitar (we're both from Jiangsu, hopefully I'll get to hear him play next time, haha), led us across mountains, deserts, and rivers, visiting many scenic spots and providing insightful explanations – a truly enriching experience. Xiao Ma also took countless beautiful photos for us – we can't possibly post them all, haha! He even helped us pose (we were both so stiff, emmm). In short, every day was fulfilling, and we even filmed several videos, all filled with wonderful memories. Time really flies; it feels like we were still lying on the vast green grasslands of Yili. Looking forward to our next Xinjiang trip!

It was a truly perfect one-day tour. Everything went exactly as described on Trip.com, and on top of that, the April weather cooperated. First of all, the guide leading the tour was incredibly friendly and provided a complete explanation of the course and schedule in advance. Also, the day before the tour, the driver opened another WeChat chat room to provide guidance and care until the tour ended. A total of nine people went on the one-day tour I participated in, consisting of eight Koreans and one Chinese person. The driver who takes you to the destination only accompanies you as far as the cable car boarding area to go up to Glacier Park. The rest of the schedule is managed via WeChat... and in our tour, one Chinese young woman was very helpful. Contrary to my concerns, everything proceeded perfectly according to Trip.com's instructions, and the time allocation was very appropriate. The only downside was the lunch... just chicken shabu-shabu and rice! Still, as the saying goes, hunger is the best seasoning, so I enjoyed the meal. Blue Moon Valley was beautiful, and also... The scale of the Impression Lijiang performance is also extraordinary. It was great. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a tour of Yulian Snow Mountain in Lijiang.

I really enjoyed the tour; it wasn't overcrowded with too many locations, the route was very comfortable, and our driver was a very pleasant person. The power of nature and the lacework of stone—that's how I describe this trip. I highly recommend visiting Tiger Gorge; you feel the power of the raging mountain river and the majesty of the mountains, making you feel like a grain of sand. The terraces are a complete contrast to the gorge's gloomy power; you find yourself in an otherworldly landscape. The white, porous rocks look as if they were sculpted from plaster by giant hands. The water is such a bright turquoise that it seems like filters were added.

A Day Trip to Shangri-La – A Wonderful Experience Worth Every Penny Just returned from Shangri-La and can't wait to write about this unforgettable day trip experience. First and foremost, a special thank you to our guide, Mr. Zaxi, and the warm and comfortable minibus with license plate number Yun P59927; you made this trip so perfect! We set off early in the morning. Mr. Zaxi picked us up from the hotel on time. He was incredibly warm and hospitable, driving smoothly and sharing many stories about the customs and culture of Tibet. Our first stop was Tiger Leaping Gorge. The rushing Jinsha River was magnificent, and standing on the viewing platform, you could feel the mist spraying towards you – the awe was indescribable. Afterwards, we passed the Haba Snow Mountain viewing platform. Even just a distant view, the majestic and sacred snow-capped mountains were breathtaking. At noon, we arrived at Napa Haiyila Grassland, where the horseback riding experience was definitely a highlight! Strolling across the grassland on horseback, with distant mountains like dark eyebrows, herds of yaks, and Tibetan people leading their horses against the backdrop of blue sky and white clouds, created a stunningly beautiful scene. The horses were well-trained, making it safe even for beginners. The afternoon's Tusi banquet was full of surprises—barley wine, butter tea, and yak hotpot, authentic Tibetan cuisine that was a feast for the senses. There were also enthusiastic Tibetan song and dance performances, creating a festive atmosphere. In the evening, we arrived at Dukezong Ancient Town, where we spun the world's largest prayer wheel to pray for our families; the solemnity and piety brought a profound sense of peace. The day's itinerary was packed yet not tiring. Our driver, Zhaxi, managed the time perfectly, ensuring a completely free and enjoyable trip with no shopping stops. The beauty of Shangri-La and the warmth of the Tibetan people were all captured in this one day's journey. I highly recommend Zhaxi's tour (Yun p59927); you won't regret choosing him in Shangri-La!


