Ise Jingu is a shrine located in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. It was designated as the main body of the main hall of the shrine, and its official name is Jingu. It is the main representative of Japanese shrines. This is where the emperor of Japan pays homage to his ancestors every year. The inner palace, which opened in 2 BC, was a special shrine that did not allow civilians to visit. It was not open to civilians until after the 12th century, and the shopping district "Monzencho" in front of the palace also developed. The Ise Jingu is mainly composed of the Inner Imperial Palace and the Outer Palace Toyoda Shrine. The inner palace worships Amaterasu and the outer palace worships Fengshou. In addition, there are a series of palaces such as other palaces, photography clubs, end clubs, and management clubs, which are also collectively referred to as shrines. Commonly known as Ise Jingu 125 Shrine. This shrine preserves the Yata Mirror, one of the three sacred artifacts of the Japanese imperial power. According to the "Japanese Shoji", when the Sun of Heaven descended, the Great God Amaterasu once said: "Look at this precious mirror, and you should still look at me. Sharing the temple with the same bed, I think it is a mirror." Heike Story tells that the Tiancong Yunjian, which is also one of the three sacred weapons, is said to have sunk to the bottom of the sea with Emperor Anto in the Battle of Tannoura. The main shrine of the shrine is rebuilt every 20 years according to the original model, which is called the shrine-style shrine. After the reconstruction, the replaced building materials will be distributed to other shrines and facilities in the shrine, or given to shrines all over Japan for reuse.Ise · 3.9km from downtown

Peaceful and spiritual experience, perfect on a weekday!I visited Ise Jingu on a weekday morning in November, and it was incredibly serene. Almost no foreign tourists, and even Japanese visitors weren’t too many during daytime on a weekday — it felt like I had the whole sacred forest to myself. The atmosphere is truly special, with huge ancient trees and pure air. Perfect for forest bathing and just slowing down.Started from Geku (Outer Shrine), which was very quiet and beautiful, then took the bus to Naiku (Inner Shrine). The bus between Geku and Naiku gets quite crowded (especially around 10-11am), and trains (Kintetsu or JR) don’t run very frequently, so transportation is honestly the weakest point. I recommend planning your schedule carefully or having some buffer time. But the best part? Everything is completely free! No entrance fee at all. You can spend hours walking the gravel paths, sitting on benches, listening to the wind and river — it’s incredibly healing. Oh, and don’t miss Oharai-machi and Okage-yokocho near Naiku — great for lunch and souvenirs.Highly recommend coming on a weekday if you want that peaceful, authentic Shinto experience without the crowds. Just be prepared for a bit of hassle with transportation.

This shrine is famous for worshipping Tsukuyomi. Although it is not big, it has a very high status in Ise City. After all, it is the sister of Amaterasu, so it goes without saying that her status is very high. Because we arrived in Ise at night, it was already dark when we got here. In addition, there was no light in this place, and the Shinto looked a bit dark and creepy, so we took two photos at the door and left. Because the transportation here is quite convenient, you can still come and have a look if you have the chance.

Chose to visit the Mount Fuji Instagram-famous spots on Trip.com's recommendation, and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. The itinerary included memorable locations such as Arakurayama Sengen Park, Hikawa Clock Shop, Oshino Hakkai, Kawaguchiko Lawson, and Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park—each offering its own breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. Our tour guide (Hikari) truly made the trip special: not only was he friendly, but he was also impressively patient throughout the day, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had enough time to enjoy each spot. The pace of the tour was just right, allowing for leisurely sightseeing and ample opportunities for taking photos—perfect for capturing those Instagram-worthy moments! If you're considering this day trip, I recommend bringing your camera and a light jacket, as weather around Mt. Fuji can change. The service from Trip.com was smooth and easy, making the whole experience stress-free.

Ise Bay is the largest bay in Japan, with beautiful beaches, clear water, small waves, and pine trees along the coastline. Ise lobsters are famous all over the world, and many elderly people dig seashells in the sea water with special tools every day.

Hidden within this room lies the charm of nature. Pushing open the door, verdant greenery greets you first. Leaning against the window, the murmuring of a spring fills the air, while mist and haze drift into the room along the window sill. Each season presents its own unique beauty here: spring brings forth new bamboo shoots, summer offers lush shade, autumn fills the courtyard with the fragrance of osmanthus, and winter sees snow tapping against the window. Every detail in the room reflects thoughtful consideration: the mattress's firmness perfectly supports a tired back, the toiletries have a pleasant, non-irritating scent, and a warm, yellow light awaits you at the door when you return late at night. This is not just a temporary resting place, but a sanctuary for the soul. After a few days, even the most tense nerves gradually relax, allowing you to rediscover your most relaxed state.

Довольно неплохая смотровая площадка с интересной архитектурой. Будьте готовы к очередям в предзакатное/ закатное время и к тому, что выход из здания занимает даже больше времени, чем вход в эти часы. В целом довольны посещением.
