There is a famous viewing platform beside the Bella River - the Brühl Terrace, which is suitable for walking, drinking coffee, and admiring the beautiful buildings of the city, the scenery on both sides of the Bella River, and taking pictures of the August Bridge. It is also the best place to take pictures. It is called the "Balcony of Europe" by the locals. On the other side of the platform is a gorgeous government building with neat rows of stairs under the building. Sitting on the stairs, you can enjoy the scenery of the old city on the other side.
