We had just arrived in Ascoli Picena, so checked out the restaurant reviews on Trip Advisor and picked Dicaduca as I could book online. So glad I did. The food was excellent with the amazing fried stuffed olives followed by a medley of cooked vegetables. We both had the torfie pasta after, which was excellent.  The staff were helpful and friendly and we never felt rushed. The place was buzzing with couples, families and groups of friends. Highly recommend going there.

Dicaduca

The waitstaff seemed quite inexperienced and service most certainly suffered. It took 20 minutes to get a menu (actually just the QR code to scan with my cellphone). And we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. My husband didn&rsquo;t receive his antipasto until I reminded the waiter about 20 minutes after I received and finished mine. The pastas were a bit on the salty side but otherwise fine. The restaurant was quite busy and noisy further adding to the chaotic environment. We were pretty much ignored by the waitstaff for the entire dinner. We were never asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. This restaurant has gotten good reviews on this and other sites so perhaps it was the inexperienced waitstaff that made this meal not so pleasant for us.

The restaurant provides a welcoming and well-decorated setting for honest and authentic food. We loved the gnochetti with pumpkin cream and the ravioli with farro and finghi.

A perfect little hideout just off Piazza del Popolo with great home cooked food and excellent service. The menu is uncomplicated, has simple food which we all enjoyed. The Angus Burger was excellent so were the Fritti Misti in the beginning. Loved loved loved the fried sage and tartufo olive ascolane. Loved the decor of the place, makes it feel very homey. It was a hot day so the little fans on the table we&rsquo;re a delight

A nice restaurant on the lovely Piazza Del Popolo with outside tables, weather permitting. The food was delicious and efficiently served with a smile. We enjoyed our meal with them on our first night so much that we will be dining with them once more on the last night of our stay. Grazie tanto e a presto!

This restaurant is positioned in the Piazza del popolo which is just stunning.Service was excellent and the food as well.I would suggest anyone visiting Ascoli to chose Dicaduca.
