it's on the lacquer kubo tunnel.
There is a stone statue of Fukan and Kakumei on the mountain above the Urushikubo Tunnel, which was discontinued on the former JNR Shinonoi Line. You can climb from both sides of the tunnel, so please try climbing while visiting the discontinued line.
Urushikubo tunnel
There are two statues above the Urushikubo Tunnel, which is the site of the abandoned Shinonoi Line. There is a road that runs sideways from the promenade and you can get out on the tunnel.
