Another historical site in the main square

I wish this was still in use! So cool it is right in the main square of Caldes de Montbui. I just imagined it full of water and taking a dip in the open air!

Beautiful site that offers two thousand + years of history right in the center of town as a warning, the facility is enclosed by glass midweek but can be visited weekends previous appointment made

No access to the baths

Again fantastic bit of history was next door to our hotel would have loved to walk around it but was protected by a glass wall, but again worth a look.

Vacation destination

Nice, quiet, friendly town. Was looking forward to visiting the Roman baths but upon arrival we found they were being excavated for possible ruins built beneath.

How it was

Near centre, remains are surrounded by glass panels, no charge, many good sites nearby, river, bridge and public clothes washing tanks.
