It's tough with kids.
In the vast botanical garden, you can enjoy the flowers of 々 in the four seasons. There seems to be a craft event on Saturdays and Sundays. However, the toilets in the botanical garden are not well cleaned or aging, and it is severe. (The toilet in the building is clean. However, it is Japanese style) It is not recommended for families with small children.
