The Aspromont Park is located in Calabria, southern Italy, and its unique geological structure is the result of the Earth's dynamic and seismic tectonic evolution that began over 500 million years ago and continues to this day. The park is located on a peninsula formed by the remnants of the Apennine Mountains, with mountains, ridges, and plateaus separated by deep valleys eroded by natural water currents.
