We visited Gava Mar in summer of 2018. Beautiful, clean, and soft sandy beach! It lies along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. There were gentle rolling waves, and the water temperature was perfect....

Couple days of enjoying the sun and sea
Not crowded at all. Couple of very good restaurants nearby. 10 minutes driving from the airport. Perfect place if lucky with the weather

Beach with enough space, mainly during the week. Weekends are more crowded. Shower, rescue duty, sand, waves . Downside - not too many opportunities to eat and drink and have sun bets and umbrellas...
