Clean campsites, very friendly camp managers- patrick, ilene and their dog rusty greeted us again, we walked the trails everyday and they were awesome. Met some really nice people the 5 days we stayed...
We were only driving trough the national forest to mission tejas state park and the views are very natural. If you plan your visit well you might have a great time.
This is a pretty nice campground for getting away from it all and relaxing. Most of the sites are pretty level and it was pretty quiet during our stay (Dec 2018). Not sure what it might be like duri...
