Bloodroot Trail

Great hike, beautiful lake.
We hiked part of the Bloodroot Trail and enjoyed views of the lake. A nice state park. You can watch a video of our visit on YouTube. (Day Hiking Duo)
REVIEW BLOODROOT TRAIL.
I went out to Lost Bridge SRA at Salaomine Lake Sun 10-10-21. First I stopped at MT Etna SRA at the Bloodroot Trail South end parking for a water drop. Mt Etna is closer to all the back packing camp...
We Love Salamonie Lake.
Nice, quiet camping. Great trails. Great places for bird watching. Our grandson loves it. Only downside of going in early spring is that the pier isn't open.
Nice State Park
Came here for a hike through the state park. Great hiking trails and a good chance to see chipmunks go after your dog. LOL. We had a good time!
