Waste of Time
Wouldn't bother as there isn't really anything to see. Whilst it appears as one of the things to do here, its because there isn't much else to do if you're not interested in the beach.
You will literally be taking photos at the foot of the wind mills. The location has a nice view of the island and the sea with the windmills as an added flavor.
This Japanese funded eyesore provides 54 megawatts of electricity but like all wind farms it is deficient to reliable, 24 hour operating coal fired power stations. The wind turbines kill raptors. I ...

Steady for a selfie and leave
A quick stop . Selfie or Story and leave . Amazing huge windmills though , approximately 27 of them . Ask your guide or driver for a nice angle too.

I went to the base of 3 of the wind turbines and shot video, its really amazing how the 27 turbines are scattered about,
