Has a bit of bounce and Kidd to it. Runs not too expensive but pretty strong. Felt relaxed and had good service. I liked it.
Never judge a book by its cover
Very nearly walked past L'Alibi as it looks avergae from the street ... don't be fooled. We ducked in to check it out & ended upstaying for a few hours. Rum, cocktails, beer, live music/DJ's. Friendly...
A great end to the evening.
The young bar an was very helpful. Amazing cocktails were amazing. Well worth a visit. If ever I go back to La Rochelle, I will definitely visit this bar again.

We loved this place, the bar staff were friendly and introduced me to my now new favourite rum rather than letting me buy a maybe better marketed brand! Let us sample some great rums and some homemade...
To avoid
Barman very unpleasant, I specifically ask him a cocktail and do it in his way without taking into account my instructions ... 0 listen, the guy tie up! No more, avoid .....
