Fairly easy hike, and just follow main road/path to get to the tower. The views are very nice. Just be careful if you explore the summit - there are some sharp drop offs

Park on South Border road in Medford and hike up to tower. Not difficult. Up to the top and have a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Especially the sight of Boston.

a bit of a climb but worth it

A good walk not spoiled.
