It's 30 minutes at least from the centre of Tauranga to get here. The lookout is a small wooden terrace up some steps. Yes you can see the countryside and just about make out the sea but the views are...

Fab views
Well worth driving up to this lookout for the magnificent views over the Bay of Plenty. Great views of Mount Maunganui and the distant islands. Take binoculars if you have them.
