Not so easy to reach by foot, but it's a home to innovative products and audiovisual performances, and lectures. I could ill afford most furniture items on sale. But I liked the audiovisual representation of J.Bosch's striking paintings tremendously. It was so good that I never regretted the next-to-prohibitive cost of an entrance ticket (RUR500).

A former factory in the middle of Moscow, ARTPLAY is home to anything and everything creative: spoken word poetry, political art (they hosted an Anti-Putin exhibit when no other galleries would), and a premier design school. It's a fun place to walk through, massive enough that it will take at least a few hours to do it full justice.
For lovers of contemporary, modern arts and design, the ARTPLAY Design Center is your type of place. It is an old factory convert that is now one of the premium galleries exhibiting from modern paintings, to impressionist photography to stylish industrial designs. The architecture itself is minimalist and there are often forums and conferences held here for the art and design world. It's the place to meet all the artsy types in Moscow!
