Stopped there on our boat.

A nice place to moor up for a night or two, not many shops though. A quirky holiday camp there, but when a do is on there, it can get a bit noisy.

Canal Side Walk But Not Much Else

There is not much to do here although there are a few pubs and on or two shops. The best thing in my opinion is the canal side walk along the Lancaster canal. Lovely and peaceful and a good photo oppo...

Lovely

A beautiful Village, lovely walks along the Lancaster Canal and Guys Thatched Hamlet, most of the houses that backed onto the Canal seemed to have there own jetty

Great for a stop over

Was only here a night but away from all the hustle and bustle was a lovely little green village will come again

a fine village to visit.

Only a small village , it has a couple of pubs, a restaurant and a ding fish and chip shop.It also has a post office and grocery shop.
