A 5-minute walk from the Niigata City Museum of History, the first shrine was enshrined in the shrine where the first shrine was given the oracle to develop the land of Niigata from Yonezawa in Dewa province. The precincts are the hall of worship and the main hall in front, the Nohgaku hall on the left, and the famous Goryeo dog of the gankake is made by the woman on the left, and the man on the right side to make a wish.
