It is one of the eight views of Mito selected by Nariaki Tokugawa, the 9th feudal lord of the Mito domain. Located on the north side of Ganniruji Temple, you can see the scenery of the confluence of the Naka River and the Kamanuma River. The observatory was well maintained, and the weather was good when I visited, and I was able to see a quiet scene.
