It is located in front of Kashimadai Elementary School. It seems that he has endeavored to reclaim a swamp called Shinainuma. Locals (elderly) may know that the priority for tourism is low.
It is a statue built to commend the achievements of Mr. Kamada, who made efforts for the village in the past. As a tourist, it wasn't particularly interesting to see. I don't think it's enough to go all the way.
