There is a popular market near the ancient médina, full of Algerian products, especially dates. There are also cheaper drugs imported illegally from Algeria as I have been told. Do not purchase them.
Curios, curiosities,on the Algerian border. Not a tourist center. Most travelers do not go all the way to Oujda. The marketplace is interesting. But if you have been to Fes you might be disappointed. ...
