Every time I go there. The staff has always been helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable of the area. Clean facilities as well.

Not helpful

The information which way to take to Lassan National Park we did not get. They did not tell us that the Lassan NP Visitor center was closed and that the NP loop was closed because of the snow.

Great Information on Tehama County

They have lots of information on sights and things to do in Tehama County and they also I believe sell local wine from our wineries.

Always make a stop at the visitor center upon arrival

There is so many things to see in the area, the visitor center offered so many brochures. Pictures on the wall helped explain the area and staff was helpful
