It is a facility located almost south of the coastline of Rishiri Island. There is a drying area for kelp on the coastline, an area where you can experience fishing for sea urchins, an observatory and a Kamui terrace with alpine plants in full bloom around it. From the observatory, you can see the sea and Rishiri Fuji at 360 ℃. There were buildings such as shops, but it seemed that they were not open yet.
