Great customer service. Had a beautiful cruise and 30 minutes into the return trip they got word of orcas. We turned around to go back and see them. Viewed 15-20 orcas for 25 minutes. Landed about 45 ...
Remember to prebook your seats - Not the best boat if you want to photograph bears.
We took two cruises on successive days, this being the second. As I couldn't book online, and I don't speak Japanese, I asked our hotel to book tickets for me. I didn't realise that booking a ticket...
Suprisingly Good
Well their boat is a small boat compared to that big ferry......it is quite susceptible to big waves so those who tend to get seasick easily should not take it .... However if not, i will dare say ...

When I made a reservation phone call in the morning of the day, I happened to have two vacancies on the afternoon flight and was able to make a reservation.
