There was a climbing gate to Shimoda Park just past Perry Road from Ryosenji Temple, so I entered from there, but many people climbed from the parking lot side and went around, so it felt like they were running backwards. It was a little difficult to pass each other because it was narrow on the mountain road. I think that many of the hydrangeas themselves were a little small, but the hydrangea community in full bloom on the slope was a sight that I rarely see anywhere else, and it was spectacular.
