the shrine building was destroyed by arson and only the torii gate and the exposed cliff
Original Text
Suwa Shrine next to the cliff Kannon is a small shrine with only a torii gate and a shrine office in front of a steep cliff, which disappeared due to an arson several years ago. On the back side of the book's shrine, it was a vertical steep cliff that seemed to be the site of a quarry, and unclear characters were engraved.
It is a small shrine on the hillside of a steep cliff. I admire the founders who built it in such a place, but since it is not positioned as a healthy place, worshipers are sparse.
It was on the way down the stairs of Daifukuji Temple where the cliff Kannon is located, and there was also a torii gate on a steep cliff. I didn't have the cliff Kannon when I went. There was also a place where the cliff was cut close.
Adjacent to Daifukuji Temple, you can go from the approach to Cliff Kannon. The shrine was completely burned down by arson in 2017, and now there is only a simple temporary palace. It is a shameful act as a Japanese to light a place where the sacred body is enshrined. The current temporary palace seems to be very cramped for God, so I hope that it will be rebuilt as soon as possible.
