beautiful and well kept
Many tourists visit this place by busses, taxi or private car. Some stay very shortly. The central space is nicely organized, the path to the shrine, with the statue of Basho, the lantern, leading to...
I went to see Haguroyama Shozenin Kogando, but at the entrance there was a forehead of Mt. Shirakitsu, and a large white fox was sitting facing each other. In the back is the Kogando, which is designated as a nationally designated important cultural property. There is a statue of Nio at the mountain gate, and many straw shoes were dedicated on both sides of the mountain gate.
It is a place where the departure ceremony of dewa Sanzan training is held every year. The hall is also thatched and very quaint. We recommend visiting here first and leaving.
The rare Buddha statue that you can't usually see is attractive.

You can worship Buddha statues such as Aizen Myoo, Sanpo Kojin, Damaniten, Ugajin, and the powerful Uga Benzaiten, Daikokuten, and Sanzan Hontobutsu. Especially recommended for those who are interested in Buddha statues. There is no doubt that it is a luxurious space. The awarding office is also kind, ...
The photo posted is the temple on the top of Mt. Haguro. Shozenin Kogane-do is located at the foot of the temple, and it is an unpainted temple with beautiful primary colors of wood. It seems that Minamoto no Yoritomo donated to pray for victory before the conquest of Fujiwara. It is also designated as a national important cultural property.
