We toured the garden at dusk with a group from our cruise and had an excellent explanation of the Roman ruins. The plantings are well done and the garden closes right at dusk which makes walking there...
The reason for visiting the gardens was to see the vestiges of a Roman road. We ended up staying for around 45 minutes, the gardens were lovely. We visited in April and the garden was full of colour...

Lovely place to hang out or picnic
A great place to take a walk to see the old blend with the new. Roman ruins incorporated into a modern park open to the public. What an amazing idea!!
