We wanted to eat some quality tapas at a reasonable price. We chose the TocaTeca restaurant as our goal as it was close to our accommodation and had great reviews. After entering, we were lucky enough to get a three-person table, but the restaurant was already full at the time, so I suggest making sure to book in advance, especially when you plan to go around 9pm. The decor is simple and stylish, the staff is extremely friendly, speaks good English, and their English menu is translated very well and informative. We each ordered 3 courses, a side dish, a main course and a dessert, and a bottle of local wine to share. We tasted yak tail and it was extremely impressive! It was a very nice, loving, modern place with great tapas and reasonable prices. If you can take some time to the Lhasa Grera area, go to this restaurant!
