說真的,平時在新加坡天天對著電腦,作為PM真的是用腦過度,所以每年我一定要安排一兩次去大自然裡「充電」。之前去過多洛米蒂和阿爾卑斯徒步,這次假期就想整點不一樣的,跟朋友一合計,乾脆去了趟加拿大東部!雖然這次不是那種高強度的山地攀爬,但實測下來,幾處自然景觀真的美到我了,必須給你們嘮嘮! 其實吧,這次最驚艷我的是愛德華王子島國家公園(Prince Edward Island National Park)。之前看攻略說是什麼蜜月勝地,我還心想「切,不就是海灘嘛」,結果一去真的有被治癒到!風超大但是吹得整個人很清醒。我們沿著海岸線走了好久,那種紅色的泥土和藍色的大海撞在一起,視覺衝擊力滿分。對於我這種平時習慣了硬核山路的人來說,這種平緩但視野開闊的「散步式徒步」居然意外地放鬆。記得多穿點!加拿大的晝夜溫差真不是開玩笑的,海風一吹,我直接把衝鋒衣拉鍊拉到最頂。 還有就是霍普威爾岩(Hopewell Rocks),簡直是地理愛好者的天堂。那個潮汐落差超大,我們到的時候剛好可以下去在海底「徒步」,看著那些被海水侵蝕成像花瓶一樣的巨石,大自然真的太神奇了! 當然啦,城市暴走我們也沒落下。魁北克老城和小香普蘭街(Quartier Petit Champlain)太有歐洲的感覺了,石板路高高低低的,逛一天下來步數輕鬆破兩萬,四捨五入也算是一場城市徒步了。蒙特利爾聖母大教堂裡面也是金碧輝煌,不過人真的蠻多的,進去需要稍微排排隊。喔對了!最後一天在千島湖(1000 Islands)坐船,看著湖光山色,真的好想在那些私人小島上擁有一棟房子啊(白日夢ing)。 給想去的朋友幾點碎碎念建議: 1. 簽證一定要提前辦!我們提前了很久準備材料,千萬別卡著時間抱佛腳。 2. 溫差!溫差!溫差!重要的事情說三遍。特別是像我一樣喜歡戶外活動的朋友,防風外套一定要帶,洋蔥式穿法最保險。 3. 如果在機場,可以直接坐機場快線進城,性價比高很多,沒必要打車花冤枉錢。 4. 還有,一定要試試當地的楓糖(Maple Syrup)配鬆餅,雖然熱量爆炸,但徒步完來一份真的太幸福了! 總之,這趟加拿大之旅雖然不是硬核登山,但自然風光和人文歷史結合得剛剛好,非常推薦給平時工作壓力大、想去大自然吸氧的朋友們!
