Marie MonnierOne of the most amazing Cathedral I had the chance to visit. There is so much details and attention put in the place you'll never be disappointed. The ceiling is breathtaking and the size of the monument is huge. If you are in Florence you HAVE to walk inside and enjoy this historical place.
ChinaMexGirlBuy your tickets in advance! I heard someone saying they had waited 2 hours before going in! Go early to enjoy viewing everything you can. Definietly worth visiting, and don't forget to take picures of the river while your upstairs, and the dome.
E45***58There’s a bus that’ll take you right to this piazzale. It’s one of the best places to see Florence from high up and also take a photo with a replica of Michaelangelo. Put this in your Florence list for sure!
逍遥The Municipal Square is also called Lords Square. There are five highlights in the square: one is the horse-riding bronze statue of Cosimo I, Grand Duke of the Medici family, the other is the sculpture of the Neptune fountain next to it, the third is the replica of the statue of David on the side, and the fourth is the killing of Cellini. Perseus of the dead Medusa, the fifth is the sculpture of Hercules (Hercules and Kex). The Laneige Loggia against the wall contains more than 10 exquisite sculptures of authenticity. Every inch of muscle, every finger, and every strand of streamers is vivid in detail. Traveling through this earth-colored building, you can touch the carving craftsmanship of once great craftsmen, as if to communicate with the statues of masters through eyes.
LC大人麻麻The Florence Academy of Fine Arts has become a holy place in the hearts of artists, scholars, tourists, and students all over the world because of its collection of the David statue of Michelangelo, the great Renaissance master. The visitor flow around the statue of David will not be less for a moment, but it is still much better than the visit to the Mona Lisa at the Louvre. After watching David up close, there are other sculptures by Michelangelo in the Academy Art Museum, some of which are like unfinished works, but actually present a scene of a desire to break through.
