Ly Son is a small island off the coast of Quang Ngai Province with over 50 shrines and temples, as well as sandy beaches and garlic plantations. It is mainly frequented by locals during the holidays due to its secluded position. The island is known for its garlic farms, but there are more than 50 Buddhist temples and shrines that are easily accessible by motorcycle for a day of touring. Hoi An is hands down my favorite city in Vietnam. Lanterns are strung up throughout the old town, making for a beautiful scene at night 🏮✨🏮✨ If you’re looking for bespoke suits, dresses, or even bathing suits this is THE place to go! Appreciating and understanding historic culture, style, and vietnamese local delicacies is when you visit the Hoi An Old Town in Vietnam. Hoi An is the most prominent attraction. Historically it was a trading port dating back to the fifteenth century: an important stop on the Silk Road and the most popular place to trade in Asia. Today, it has morphed into a retailing center that draws heavily from the traditional artisanship of the past, especially with clothes and leather goods and others. Walking around the Old Town you’ll see Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese and French traits in the various buildings. At its center you’ll find the poetic Thu Bon River peppered with little rustic boats and colorful lanterns edged by a variety of charming restaurants, cafes, shops and stalls. Shine bright like a lantern in Hoi An. This is a small town on the central coast of Vietnam, situated roughly halfway between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. This little city was once considered the best port city for trade by Chinese and Japanese merchants. The influence of the Chinese and the Japanese can be seen throughout the ancient city from architecture to food. The city would light up at night with lanterns while people from everywhere gather and mingle along the river. #mynovgetaway The 1999 UNESCO declared World Heritage Site, old town Hoi An, located in the Quang Nam Province of Vietnam. Located about 45 minute drive from famous province Danang, it is worth visiting since it has beautiful view with amazing history. Unfortunately i couldn't stay until the night time which the area will become colorful and attractive. There are bunch of shops selling souvenir especially Vietnamese Traditional Clothes.
