High.Priestess:“I felt like I was on Games of Thrones, don’t ask me why just gave me that vibe! It’s surreal, like a Time Machine!! It stands on a site of a former mosque that was built when the moors occupied the island. Waiting time to visit inside wasn’t that much and if you are European you don’t pay to enter, just need to show ID. Theres a lot to see inside, don’t just see it from the external side!”
Todemmy:“[Scenery] Banys Arabs Baths is a must-see attraction when visiting the Tramuntana Mountains. It is very convenient if you drive by yourself. Don't miss it.
[Fun] The feeling of ancient Roman ruins is very shocking!”
Todemmy:“[Scenery] After visiting the Banys Arabs Baths, we drove back to the city and happened to catch the Olive Garden Market. Sometimes there is also a flea market, which is a very interesting place to shop. [Fun] There are many snacks, and there are a hundred ways to cook olives... They look so sour, haha”
橘果妈:“Bellver Castle. Built in the 13th century, it was originally a fortress, but later it was converted into a mint and prison. It is 3 km from the center of Palma, 112.6 meters above sea level, and is located above the Bay of Mallorca and the islands. In 1300, King Jaime II ordered its construction, and 70 permanent workers, many women and the king's slaves participated in the construction, which lasted for more than 9 years. At the end of the 14th century, it was the residence of King Juan II. Since then, many royal relatives, nobles, foreign heads of state, etc. have often stayed here, including the current King of Spain and Queen Sofia. In 1717, it was converted into a military prison. From 1802 to 1808, Jovianos, the Minister of Finance during the reign of Carlos IV, was imprisoned here. In 1821, it was temporarily used as a mint. In 1931, the state transferred the castle's buildings and the surrounding woods to the Palma City Government, and the castle became the city's history museum and the Desbouygues Classical Sculpture Museum. Many cultural and solemn ceremonial activities of the Palma City Government are also often held here.”

TheForkUser:“An evening of Peruvian fusion cooking courtesy of chef Irene Gutiérrez at Sumaq. Some very interesting combinations with a number of tastes I’d never had before. Surprising. Friendly service too. A definite recommendation for something a little different.”
TheForkUser:“The food is excellent, is a little bit different from the norm, which we loved. We had the crystal bread (no idea what that is) and tomatoes, garlic, so a posh bruschetta, delicious. I’m trying to be healthy and asked about the salad. All the menu said was strawberries, something FX which the waiter said was like a dressing (we had a bit of a language barrier) and nuts. I ordered it but was nervous to what I would get! It was delicious, plentiful leaves, ripe tomatoes, gorgeous dressing and some sort of soft cheese (no idea what) which was soft, warm with a light nut coating. Yum, yum, yum! I just wish their menu explained exactly what you’re getting. I did want fish but when I googled the local fish they had, it put me off, didn’t want tempura shredded cod (trying to be heslthy remember) and didn’t want octopus. Please add salmon to your menu. Hubby had the burger and said it was delicious! We will be back, just hope the menu has clearer descriptions!”
TheForkUser:“Incredibly inventive dishes, both in preparation and presentation. Friendly staff and a good wine list. Loved our experience there. (They also recommended an "after hours" bar called "After Landing" that was also fabulous).”
TheForkUser:“We went for lunch. From start to finish everything was excellent. The service is second to none. The food beautifully balanced and magnificently cooked. We took the wine pairing and I recommend it. Our first visit but certainly not our last.”

TheForkUser:“The best sushi I have ever had, great and friendly service in a cosy atmosphere. The cheesecake was absolutely to die for 🤤Surprised that not all food on the menu was on the 30% discount, but the food we could choose from was satisfying anyway. Easy to pay via the fork app”
TheForkUser:“Great little Tapas restaurant behind Meliá Palma Marina Hotel. Lots of Spanish locals eating here so that’s always a good sign. We arrived at 930 and so glad we had booked as restaurant was full and tables never empty for long. Tapas were delicious and the staff really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back next time in Palma”
TheForkUser:“The staff were great. We were there for a birthday celebration and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant”
