My husband and I both had the menu. Nicely presented and delicious. I did not have the wine pairings because of being the designated driver, however my husband did. Each wine chosen with the dish complemented each plate. Can recommend.

Great place to have food and admire the beautiful Langhe landscape from the restaurant terrace. Food is really good and you have plenty of choices from the local regional cooking specialties. Staff is friendly and provided us with good suggestions.

what more could you ask for on a holiday in Piemonte: delicious authentic Italian food with a very nice panoramic view of the vineyards.  moreover a friendly hostess!  highly recommended!!

Absolutely perfect Sunday lunch! Lovely food - beautifully presented and delicious wine! Tasting menu was great and the service was good too.

My wife and I had the traditional tasting menu, which was five delicious courses with generously poured Salvano wines pairings. Local dishes were prepared elegantly, all courses were incredible but the highlight for us was the Plin (little &ldquo;pinches&rdquo; of pasta filled with meat and vegetables). Service was very friendly and attentive but not rushed. Overall this was great value for money - dishes as good as this would be at least double the price in any major city - I would highly recommend Fosco Bistrot.

Everything was perfect. We took traditional menu with wine pairing. Perfect. Gianpaulo as a chef and brilliant  young lady. Complimenti! Congratulations! Keep going! Both of you made us a day!

A very modern furnished restaurant serving straightforward Piemontese dishes.  We liked the no frills approach.  They offered 2 choices for a set menu or a la carte at very affordable range.

What a hidden gem for those who want great pizzas.  The staff were great and they spoke good English which helped us.  A busy place where the local families went to eat and other picked up pizzas to take home.  Great local wine in a carafe was also a bonus.  Well worth a try if you want a taste of Italy the locals see.
