QING ZHEN YI XIANG NIU ROU MIAN

From Delingha, Qinghai, we took National Highway 109 through Dachaidan, turned to National Highway 215 and headed north, passing through the treasure bowl of the motherland, the Qaidam Basin, and crossed the Dangjin Mountain to the small town of Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County in Subei. After all the running, everyone felt hungry, so they came to the Muslim Yixiang Beef Noodle Restaurant on Aksai Market North Road. There were quite a lot of people eating in the restaurant, and the hall was full. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and familiar with the master of our chartered car (the chartered master often visited). The proprietress gave us a private room. We ordered beef noodles, braised beef, mixed cucumbers, and tiger dishes. The dishes were served quickly, and we didn't have to wait too long for those hungry people. The beef noodles in the restaurant are very chewy and the soup is also delicious, which is worth recommending.

Beef ramen is a traditional Chinese delicacy. This beef noodle has a bit of the characteristics of green and white. Wherever you go in the northwest, you will see the most beef noodles. It is light and refreshing, affordable, and can be stretched to have a variety of styles.

Just after passing the 205 National Highway from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, a 40-kilometer-long paved road, I finally arrived at a place with spring flowers and plenty of oxygen.
