Lovely restaurant.. beautiful food .. being from Australia .. it was a little difficult as the menu was only in Italian .. however the head waiter translates to us .. because we were the only English speaking we had no idea what each dish was .. just tried to work it out .. the head waiter was too busy talking to the local people.. wine was beautiful .. first time I have eaten Pigeon.. apparently a regular meal .. would go there again

I absolutely loved the place, the food and the experience. First of all, the choice is quite wide and allows you to either order a la carte or create your own culinary experience. With the help of a charming and very knowledgeable sommelier, you can match the perfect wine according to your choices. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming whilst being elegant and modern. The food was very well thought out and presented giving special attention to the local castelli romani produce. Mixes of flavors and textures proved this to be an experience that not only will we remember, but we can’t wait to try again! Prices are very contained for the service and quality provided. 10/10 I would recommend.

A chance discovery even if helped by The Fork. The welcome makes you immediately understand the context in which you have arrived. The place, recently renovated with taste, embraces you lovingly. Virginia, the dining room manager, expertly guides you in choosing dishes suited to your taste without forgetting the advice received on the choice of wines to match. The menu is well structured and very varied. The dishes confirm expectations by satisfying all the senses of the palate. In short: passion, technique and customer care. We will definitely be back. I think it is one of the experiences that everyone should try in their life. We accompanied the 7-course tasting (free choice on the menu) with a 2015 Exultet (Quintodecimo). Absolutely 10 and praise for the meticulous and friendly service that accompanied us. We will definitely return.
