Miramare Pizzeria d'Autore

We had set our eyes on this place when we arrived in Alghero. Then we ate at one of their affiliated restaurants, Nautilus, as well. Excellent! We ended up eating two nights here, one night pizza, and another night their seafood. All wonderful. In fact one night we wanted to eat in our apartment so we ordered pizza to go, and while it was being prepared, we had an order of their fried Calamari because we had had it the night before and it is the best friend calamari I have ever had. GO!!

We have eaten at Miramare many times before. This evening the staff were courteous as always and gave us our regular table for two by the window. I opted for the Paccheri with octopus, tomato and cheese and it was extremely good. Rita wanted the 3 sea-food starters but with an alteration which the staff were very happy to make. As a result we had a splendid dinner and I can recommend Miramare to anyone.

My wife and I dined here again . This time both enjoyed delicious pizzas . Highly recommend the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ one .. from the extensive list of homemade original pizzas . Once again professional , attentive service even though they were very busy .

I went with my wife, walking. This is a large restaurant, fit for large groups or friends. However, this was not crowded or noisy. It is placed close to the city centre, with a large terrace -protected against rain or cold weather-.We were very lucky being attended by a nice waiter from Sardinia, speaking a perfect Spanish. Bearded and wearing glasses, he was more a friend than a waiter, always very supportive (sorry mate but I didn't dare to ask your name. Thank you so much for your attention)We ate fried seafood (fresh and delicious, with guacamole and slightly hot sauce) and pizza (never ending options) at a good price (25% discount in food only booking with the fork website at early time -7pm-).To go back again and again with my wife, friends & other family members

The best pizza ever. Staff is nice, food is great and it is located close by the sea. Outside terrace is not too romantic, interior looks better. Recomend.
