If I needed an extra reason to go to Angers, this restaurant would be it. Food is extraordinary but not intimidating, service is as friendly as efficient, and the owner is super friendly, sweet and competent. It was our second time and definitely not the last. A precious gem. Many thanks for the beautiful gastronomic evening.

We booked this restaurant for our one day visit to Angers after reading the reviews.  We were disappointed not  only by the cafe like seating arrangements, but also by the dishes that were served. The &quot;amuse bouche&quot; was pretty ordinary and lacked taste. The first course with the foie gras was also disappointing. It was smoked and had a taste which did not appeal to me.  I wish they had mentioned that it was smoked before ordering! The main dish with turbot was probably the best dish, although the whole carrot was undercooked and impossible to cut with a fish knife. The chocolate dessert looked deconstructed to me and lacked the variety of flavours that the menu promised. My husband had the cheaper menu. His first course wasn&#39;t great success, ordinary. The lamb in the main course was too chewy for it to be &quot;confit&quot;. We were allowed four tiny morsels of overripe cheeses. The dessert was a disaster - not fresh and inedible. As a result one coffee was not charged. The menu was obtained via the QR code except that we could not open the link. We finally received a paper version of the menu but we&#39;re given a small smartphone to check their wine list which was most confusing and long. All in all, this restaurant did not live up to our expectations. The food was unnecessarily rich and I suffered from indigestion all night.

An excellent creperie in the heart of old town Angers that serves traditional galettes (savoury pancakes made with buckwheat flour) as well as creative recipes and gorgeous sweet crepes. Friendly service with menus in French or English and good beverages to accompany the food. Tasty burgers an alternative. We will be back next time for sure.

Smart restaurant on popular town centre square.  The service was excellent as was the refined choice of dishes. Recommend!

There was four of us. 2 were happy with their meal, 2 were a little disappointed. My wife&#39;s food was cold and had to be returned. The menu was a little limited and certain dishes were not available. Overall it was fine.

A pleasant lunch on a sunny day where we enjoyed the terrace. The waitress was very helpful moving us to a better table when our neighbours started to fill the air with their cigarette smoke. The dishes were appetizing  and well priced. I think we would never have chosen a museum restaurant whilst passing, but the positive Fork reviews brought us to a place we would certainly return to !

The waitresses were super kind and attentive, the meal delicious, we enjoyed it from start to finish, I really loved it.

The most famous areas in downtown Honolulu, Oahu are Waikiki and Alamora. The Ala Wai Canal separates the two areas, with Alamora to the north and Waikiki to the south.
The avenue that directly connects the two areas, besides Kalakaua Avenue, is Alamora Avenue.
Ala Moana Avenue is the closest avenue to the west coast in downtown Honolulu.

Ala Moana Avenue, in this section of the Alamora area, that is, north of the canal, runs mainly east-west, slightly north-south; to the north of the avenue, the famous T-junction includes Piikoi St and Atkinson Dr. In the middle of the two roads, the world&#39;s largest open-air shopping mall complex, Alamora Center, is surrounded; to the south of the avenue is Alamora Park, and the southern edge of the park is the beach, facing the Pacific Ocean.

Alamora Boulevard, after passing the canal to the south, runs from northwest to southeast, but then turns west and northwest until it intersects with Kalakaua Boulevard; and between the canal and the turn, there is an important intersection, where Alamora Boulevard intersects with Hobron Lane.

Walking southwest along Hobron Lane, you will reach Holomoana Street in a few minutes. To the southwest of Holomoana Street is Ala Wai Boat Harbor, one of the most beautiful photography spots in Hawaii.
Walking south along Holomoana Street, you will reach Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and Waikiki Hilton Village, where you can see the Rainbow Tower nearby.

It can be seen that the intersection of Alamora Boulevard and Hobron Lane is full of people.
There are many shops and restaurants near the intersection, including Discover Bay Center, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, McDonald...
The McDonald&#39;s here is a famous McDonald&#39;s in Oahu and even in Hawaii, and it also serves Chinese fast food and instant noodles.

As I said, vacation and tourism are different. A quick tour is just to see the lively attractions and check in, while the real immersion in the atmosphere and feeling the culture is to adapt to the local customs and appreciate the details.
