Traveling to Tibet, this stop came to Bange County. At night, we stayed in the only hotel with a private bathroom in the county. There are three tables for four people and a large round table in the hall, as well as three living rooms. Restaurants with living rooms are already a legend in the county. The restaurant was almost full at the time, so the kitchen was not busy at all. We could only wait for one table of dishes at a time. It was a long wait. I don’t know how long it took before we finally ate. The reason why we came in, in addition to the fact that this restaurant is relatively large, is that we haven’t eaten fish for a long time. When we saw the window saying that there was fish to eat, we hurried in. When the lady boss heard that we wanted to order fish, she quickly pulled the fishmonger who was delivering the fish and asked him to kill one more fish and bring it over. Seeing that there were two other tables of guests who also ate fish, it seemed that everyone had been patient for a long time. Although the fish was not swimming in the store, they were all slaughtered and delivered and cooked by the fishmongers, so they were relatively fresh. There was only carp, nothing else. It was made into pickled fish with a lot of pickled vegetables, and the fish was still in pieces, not stewed. You know, we had eaten pickled fish in another county earlier, and the fish meat was stewed into a rotten and mushy state. It was dizzy. Of course, the food here cannot be compared with what you eat in big cities, but in itself, it is already top-notch. The rice will be brought up in a bucket, which is shocking, haha.
