Hofbrau

Hofbrau is a very cozy restaurant. The exterior of the building has medieval decoration style and some Gothic flavor, but the interior is indeed modern and contemporary. This is indeed a very good collision, with personality but not abrupt.

The restaurant is located in Bamberg, which is known as Little Venice. The building looks beautiful. The windows outside are filled with warm light, which is very Christmas-like. I ordered the most famous pork knuckle in Germany. It tasted much better than other German dishes, but it was not particularly delicious. I can only say that Europeans have limited ability to cook food. Maybe this can already reach the level of famous dishes. Then, don't order beef soup, don't order beef soup, don't order beef soup....
