Toby Carvery Dodworth Valley

My husband and I have been travelling from Sheffield to the Fork every Sunday for the last few weeks as we feel this is the best carvery we have visited, and we've visited many places. The service, food and atmosphere are without a doubt excellent in every way. Well done to everyone concerned. You've got a great team !!!!

The food was relatively good but everything was cool and not hot so by the time we started eating it was nearly cold.The food containers need to be kept at a higher temperature to allow for room temperature changes. Every time the front door opens then cold air is let in being wintry conditions which lowers the room temperature and therefore affects the food temperature.Not very enjoyable on this occasion.

I chose 1 meat type and was given 2 slices, my friend chose 3 types of meat and was given 2 slices of each meat. The meat given should be the same for each person regardless of their meat choice. This should be rectified throughout your restaurant selection.

Not been to midweek Carvery in years . The person on the desk (who failed to greet us in anyway) could have changed this visit by just greeting us and rating would have been even better.As for Food - meat delicious, peas had wrinkles from dehydration and carrots & Mac n cheese burntStaff sorted food out- pea’s could not be made edible
