Jinding Yuxiang Ecological Fishing Village is a farm restaurant near the Miyun Reservoir. You can eat farm meals such as reservoir fish and firewood chicken stewed in a large wood-fired pot, pancakes, wide noodles, tofu puffs, and homemade cakes. The reservoir fish was very big, so I stewed it in a big iron pot. I put the wide noodles in it and cooked them. It was very flavorful and delicious.

The main dish here is fish stew in a big pot, and the fish used are all big fish from Miyun Reservoir, 6-7 jin each, and even bigger ones. The other dishes are just so-so, all common farm dishes. This restaurant is large in scale and relatively hygienic on this food street, and it has a lot of people.

"The fishing ban in Miyun Reservoir was lifted today (this is Beijing news), so was the fish head I ate a few days ago from Miyun Reservoir?" I could only laugh. His rolls are not as delicious as they are said to be.
