L'Atelier de Francisco

Oddly enough, I'd never noticed this Italian restaurant, yet it was perfect in every way: fresh produce, delicious food, no waiting, impeccable service. We had lunch with family in a calm and friendly atmosphere. I recommend it to those who are desperate for a good risotto or pizza worthy of the name.

Good evening, I came to the establishment on Saturday evening. I appreciated everything: the welcome, the decoration, the service. Good evening to the whole team.

In a nice setting, the staff are particularly pleasant and helpful. The pizzas, very good, are made with fresh and quality products. The prices are also reasonable. In short, a good restaurant for a successful moment.

This is the second time we've been there precisely because the first one stayed in our minds and in our taste buds. The welcome is always smiling and pleasant. However, you should plan to book to be on the safe side. The dishes are as gourmet as they are gourmet. The pizzas are delicious with real highlights and not a hint of toppings which are also of very good quality. The dishes look just as plentiful as they are good. I'm not from Besançon but it has become an address to go to when I go back.

The pizzas are excellent. You can feel the freshness and taste of the products. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Access is easy because the parking lot is a 2-minute walk away and quite large. The only downside would be the layout of the room (perhaps a bit cliché for pizzerias) and the space a bit small but we are in the city center of Besançon... That won't stop us from going back there.
