Erick Schat's Bakery

The bakery is beloved by locals and visitors alike. There are tons of baked varieties and pastries. We ordered two freshly made sandwiches that were filled to the brim and extremely delicious!

The most famous bakery in Bishop is this one. Almost all tourists who come to Mammoth will go here on purpose. The interior and exterior decoration has a European country feel. In addition to selling a variety of large European breads and providing tastings, there are also baked desserts, handmade cookies, beef jerky, pies, and jams, etc. The freshly made sandwiches are the signature. And maybe because the bakery business is so good, the owner opened a BBQ restaurant on the same street, but the reviews are average.
