Wonderful places for those like us who appreciate classicism and elegance. A welcome of infinite courtesy and an aperitif in front of a huge fireplace. We must salute the kindness and professionalism of the head waiter/maître d'hôtel of Spanish origin. The menu is delightfully inventive: we sense the youth and passion of the chef. A special mention for the warm oyster starter and the Grand Marnier soufflé, a dessert that tolerates no mediocrity and which was here both executed according to the canon of the genre and at the same time subtly renewed (notably by the sorbet which, placed at the last moment in the middle, sinks into it theatrically). Go there quickly before the prices rise with the other stars that undoubtedly await this exceptional establishment.

A delicious moment! The regional setting, bright, and cozy, just the right amount! The superb, delicious, and unexpected dishes! The attentive, pleasant service, with just the right touch of convivial humor. The exquisite wines and sommelier selections (prepare a long time if you want to read all the appellations????) In short, a moment a little out of time, served in Gien earthenware!

The outdoor setting is magical, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Two special mentions: the first goes to the chef; his cuisine was refined, original, and aromatic. The second goes to the sommelier; his mission was to introduce us to red wine (a bad experience previously), and he succeeded. Congratulations to the entire team.
