What travelers say:
The Buratta Caprese salad was good, but not excellent. The basil had no flavour and the balsamic drizzle on the exterior of the plate looked like decor not part of the meal. I discovered it too late. The seabreem was excellent as were the accompanying mashed potatoes. Bread was delivered with the salad. No side plate, no butter, no butter knife. Felt like they were one staff member short otherwise things would have been terrific.

Au Gusto served us one of the best Italian dinners we’ve ever eaten, and we’ve eaten Italian food all over Italy! The Luciana octopus pasta was divine, a huge portion of octopus tentacles, briny Nicoise olives, fresh tomatoes, and handmade pasta—we were in heaven. Also great was the lamb sugo rigatoni. The starter buffalo mozzarella salad was also good, heavy on the cheese, but, unfortunately, light on the tomatoes. We finished with a wonderful orange sorbet. A good Barbera wine with all of this made the meal perfect, as did the accommodating service.
The food and service were excellent. The sign of a good restaurant is the answer to the question: " Would you return there?" The answer, an emphatic "Yes !"
We had a party of 7 girlfriends, and had the best time! The provolone appetizer with figs and honey was unbelievable. The flavors in the pumpkin tortellini were amazing. The service was awesome! Best Italian food in Belgium.
The upscale modern setting was the perfect ambiance for a wonderful meal. A nicely curated and priced wine list was excellent to pair with the sea bream and pasta. The server recommended the chef made pumpkin ravioli and it was fantastic. Better than what I had in Italy. The house made tiramisu was also delicious. So a perfect meal trifecta of food, service and ambience.
