Diamante Restaurant

Restaurant of a 4 star boutique hotel and it shows. Spanish cuisine (tapas, paella, fish and meat) but also Italian dishes (pasta and pizza not tried). Excellent dishes, beautiful presentation, abundant, and good value for money. Great attention to reported allergies. Friendly and nice staff. It is possible to take both paella for one and two people; we have been on two occasions and we have tried the mixed one, the ciega one and the seafood one, all excellent, rich and abundant.

I recommend this restaurant, a very nice discovery. Cuisine, Service, everything is perfect. Special mention for the dessert, the diamond donuts are a treat.

Very inviting atmosphere with friendly and courteous staff. Every wish of the guest is practically read from their eyes. Even small extra requests for the food are no problem. The food itself: HOLY MONEY!!! I have never eaten better in my life, no joke!!! My penne carbonara and the gypsy schnitzel were an incredible delicacy. In addition, the portions are very large and the price is very affordable. I will DEFINITELY go back next year to eat very well ????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful, bright restaurant, quietly located but still close to the boulevard. Already had beef fillet twice, perfectly medium. Pizza was super tasty and large. Service is very friendly. Prices are moderate, the Diamante looks more expensive from the outside than it is. Toilets very clean. Overall, it gets full marks. Unfortunately, there was no nightcap on the house at the end. I don't always drink it, but I think the offer is very appreciative.
