Viviers de St Colomban

A hotel dining room with aspirations. They have a fine, talented chef and just need to decide how upscale the market will support. Pleasant waitstaff, and a mix of hotel residents and the general public.

Everything was delicious! The dishes were very creative and we really enjoyed this dinner. On the other hand, the trio of cheeses was tiny because the portions were ridiculous! It&#39;s a bit of a shame, but it made us laugh a lot! 😂😂😂 We still had a great evening!

This unassuming restaurant is fantastic. The seafood was delightful. Especially the langoustine salad. The cream brouille is to die for. Go go go.
