We ate two appetizers (creamed cod and potato millefeuille) and two first courses (carbonara inversa and spaghetti alla chitarra). Everything was extremely tasty with a beautiful presentation of the dishes. Welcoming and professional staff. We will definitely be back.

We appreciated the mastery with which the dishes were prepared with well-combined and tasty flavors, unique and with attention to the territory. The elegance of the atmosphere thanks to Alessandra with her confidence in describing the dishes. Raffaele is a chef who will go a long way because he has captured the secret of the poetry that he transmits through his dishes. It was nice to perceive the good relationship between all the people who were in the kitchen, which only a great conductor can achieve.

We booked this place to dine by the pool, but unfortunately the stormy weather did not allow it. Even staying inside the place was pleasant in a relaxing atmosphere for an evening in company. Refined menu focused on typical Castellane specialties (squaquerone, savoiardi...) I recommend "La carbonara inversa" (a classic), roast beef with artichokes, zuppa inglese.

The view from the window is very pleasant, the atmosphere is quiet, the chairs are comfortable, the food is good, especially carnivores have more choice. Promoted
