Restaurante Parador de Chinchón

Fabulous "Cocido Madrileño", the typical dish from the Spanish Capital. Absolutely recommendable! Just be careful to reserve in the correct restaurant, because there are two side by side in the same building, and only one of them serves this delicacy! Menu with beer and wine, desert and coffee included. Enjoy! ????

Excellent service, quiet ambience, very good food. Would recommend visiting outside weekends, we visited on a Tuesday and it was very quiet which led to a great experience.

The best parador meal we have had so far! Beautiful surroundings and the food was very good. We were serenaded by a Spanish guitar. Beautiful evening.

The restaurants at the Parador resorts are fantastic. The food is amazing and the service and atmosphere lovely. I can’t wait to return to this restaurant or other Parador hotels.
